Frequently Asked Questions
From initial order date when can I realistically expect delivery?
On larger items we usually advise 6 to 8 weeks, however if you are ordering a popular item we may have stock partially manufactured. We will advise you on ordering.
I have seen a bathroom unit I like from another manufacturer but it’s just not quite right, can you make what I need?
Yes we can usually produce a bespoke unit to your exact requirements. We would ask for a photograph of the unit and a brief on how you would require it to be manufactured. We would also make sure there are no possible copyright infringements before undertaking the work.
Is a deposit required when ordering a bespoke piece of furniture?
Yes if the piece requires special materials such as none stock paint or timber we would ask for a deposit to cover this, or if the project total cost was above £4,000 we would discuss this on ordering.
I see an item I really like but would rather have it made in a different wood. Is this possible?
Yes that’s not a problem, depending on availability and suitability we can usually accommodate all requests. There is often a price difference if requiring hard woods as a replacement, we can discuss this on ordering.
I placed an order with you 4 weeks ago but have changed my mind, can I cancel?
Depending on how far down the line we are in production it may be possible to cancel your order.
If you have ordered a specific material for your bespoke item we will have asked for a deposit to cover the cost of a none stock item, this deposit maybe kept by us to cover this cost but will allow the cancellation.
I have an old coffee table which was my grandmas; I love it and don’t want to part with it. However it doesn’t suite my house can you upscale it?
